My daughter ordered an ice cream coffee, and it tasted like it had a chemical aftertaste.

I had a negative experience with an employee named Bisma, who was quite rude and consistently messed up my drinks. While she did smile and inform me that the latte machine was broken, I usually choose to leave and find another place whenever I see her working. It’s unfortunate that they continue to employ someone like her.

24 hour access to coffee is a must when so many professional graduate programs and potential grave shift hospital employees are in the area.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. Prices are decent. Food is like a restaurant in Louisville I loved.

Absolutely awful experience. It took them half an hour to prepare a coffee, which nearly made me late for my shift. To top it off, the man who claimed to be the manager had no clue how to process a refund. I'm really disappointed.
