Dave Buster's Albany

I always enjoy the lively atmosphere when I visit this restaurant. I recently discovered that they host trivia nights on Tuesdays, which was a nice surprise! It was a little noisy to hear the announcer, but overall, I had a great time.

I sat down at the table, only to realize that it was dirty. After waiting for about 5-8 minutes, I had to ask the manager for a server due to this misunderstanding. However, our server, Jon, was fantastic! On the downside, the Carolina BBQ boneless wings were disappointing; they tasted more like buffalo wings and seemed to be made incorrectly. The manager didn't seem to be concerned about it. Overall, we had a great time despite a few hiccups.

I went to the bar to order a beer and saw that other customers were being served wings on platters with carrots and celery. We had paid extra for celery but didn’t receive any, and our food was served in paper bowls. I had to ask for my celery and only received one portion. Everything else was good, though.

Had reservations, which were non existent. Was there to watch the wrestling event, even called in advance to make sure they showed it, they told me yes and in the end couldn’t show the event. Staff was nice but very clueless. Manager didn’t even try to correct mistake just shrugged shoulders and walked off. Won’t be be going back for anything sports or food related.

Worst service we ever had at a restaurant. Never came back to table when food came out we had plates all over from appetizers and empty glasses no drinks to eat our dinner with no napkins and dirty plates from appetizers everywhere. No bus boys or servers to retrieve dirty plates. Then finally comes back to table after making so.eone else bring food out and finally comes back to ask if we need drinks or anything obviously all our cups were empty nobody had napkins and dirty plates never collected. Never again first and last time. Also food is way over priced and apparently the cool dont know what medioum well is either as our burgers were bleedeing all over the bread.
