Blaze Pizza - Albany

Red Vine is definitely one of my favorite pizza places! Their pizza is thin, healthy, and absolutely delicious, topped with fresh mozzarella, basil, and cherry tomatoes. This time, I also tried the new Pesto Garlic Jack, which was really good. I'm curious if they've stopped making the garlic pesto knots, though.

I can't help but give this place a full 5 stars! You can create your own pizza and watch it cook right in front of you — how cool is that? It's such a creative concept, and the food is not only fantastic but also surprisingly affordable.

This is my favorite spot for food in Albany. I spent three years at the university here, and I absolutely love the naughty bread and simple cakes—they're both fantastic and I highly recommend them to everyone. The drink selection is also excellent. While consistency can be an issue, you can easily customize your pizza with the amount of cheese and sauce you prefer.

I've eaten half a dozen times here and was happy with my pizza every time. I particularly appreciate the vegan cheese option and gluten-free crust. I'm not vegan, but have a milk allergy that would normally make pizza completely out of limits. This place is saved to make pizza for me. As far as customer service is concerned, this location was good. Today they have actually screwed up my order, but they have handled it very well.

Honestly I was skeptical of this place, an entire cheese pizza for $6.99 seemed too good to be true. But when we ordered 3 pizzas two drinks,an order of bread sticks for less than $30, and two pizzas had toppings I was shocked. The ingredients are super fresh, they make each pizza custom to your liking and out of the oven in under 12 minutes. The only thing I wasn't crazy about were the s'mores cookies, it was good but not what I imagined.
