Dinner in this restaurant located above Lake Albano. Unfortunately, as it is winter, it is immediately dark so the view cannot be assessed. The restaurant appears elegant but dated, large enough for ceremonies with friendly and helpful staff. The dinner initially consists of a wide variety of appetizers consisting of courgette flowers, small aubergine parmigiana, selections of cured meats, and chicory with thin slices of porchetta. Having completed the appetizers, we order a risotto with prawns and artichokes and for the second course a veal cheek with purée. The entire experience is discreet, average without any exceptionality.

Excellent! Very friendly staff and excellent food. The only restaurant in the castles where you eat well. I've lived in the area for over 30 years and I have to say it's really worth it. The portions are generous.
