Is a small restaurant bar in the village of l'eliana in valencia. the kitchen is very rich, they have tapas with a personal touch in all, they play a lot with the flavors mixing occasionally a salty dish with a touch of sweet. they prepare very good pamphlets in which they mix as I said before a great variety of flavors, from solomillo to foie, caramelized onion. etc. I love a dish that prepares that I attach a photo of which is a singlemillo mijo with foie, duck ham and mushroom sauce. the price is not very expensive for the good and elaborate that it is the food. I advise 100%.

Es un pequeño restaurante bar en el pueblo de l'Eliana en Valencia. La comida es deliciosa, tienen tapas con un toque personal en todas, juegan mucho con los sabores mezclando a veces un plato salado con un toque dulce. Preparan unos hojaldres muy buenos en los que mezclan una gran variedad de sabores, desde solomillo a foie, cebolla caramelizada...etc. Me encanta un plato que preparan, adjunto una foto de él que es milhoja de solomillo con foie, jamón de pato y salsa de setas. El precio no es muy caro para lo buena y elaborada que está la comida. ¡Lo recomiendo al 100%!
