Burger King - Alamogordo

For fast food burgers, I really enjoy a decent burger once in awhile. Burger King fits the bill. This one in Alamogordo is pleasant. Clean restrooms. When I was there in the drive thru, I was greeted courteously and thanked for ordering BK. Fries were not to greasy. Burger bun was fresh. Not really sure why, but some kid working was wearing his sunglasses. Why would a manager allow this for his employees? I want to see your face when you wait on me.

Alright so the customer service was good..they were friendly and polite but, I ordered their new classic melt. After getting home I see the burger. Tiny, extremely small. Also not on sourdough bread. I thought that was the point of the sandwich. I paid $10.56 for the medium meal. Don't get me wrong, that's not a lot but this looks smaller than a jr whopper. And it's not even the right sandwich.

Staff at the drive very helpful and Friendly. food was decent though the ham on on breakfast sandwiches was more like a deli sliced meatstore appearance was nice.

Good fries...horrible service. Recently, I went inside after waiting 15 minutes for my food. There were others with complaints at the counter...one man hold up a burnt bun (it was burned completely black). I was able to get my bag of cold food. The staff seem to be surprised that customers actually show up. Does the owner never conduct quality control check-ups? I like the food, but hate the overall experience.
