The Peasant's Courtyard - Alamo

I was here a few times and love this place. The restaurant is relatively compact, giving it this intimate and cozy feeling when eating. The service is exceptional with charming staff and the food is with a beautiful selection of items. I had the fried artichoke hearts, chicken salad sandwich and my favorite so far, the mushroom sandwich to which I added chicken and bacon based on my server's recommendation. Finally, their wine selection is quite good, both white and red (not remember to have a rose) and at reasonable prices. I look forward to going back and trying something new on the menu. Update from 11/18/2022 After I was gone for some time, I returned to find that they changed the place easily. The bar is no longer there as they wanted to make more room in the restaurant. I am glad to say that both food and wine selection are still excellent; they have not lost their touch. I ordered the black salmon caesar salad and it was excellent. The salmon was darkened for completion and the corresponding amount of dressing was mixed in the salad. Oh and service is still charming as possible. It's done to keep the big work.

I live here for lunch. The service is phenomenal. Sandy is the best, most efficient and friendly waitress in town. She feels like a good friend. Food comes fast, hot and fresh. I always get Rodney's crispy chicken sandwich with fries.

Really sweet group of people working here. The food is good and the courtyard is a beautiful relaxing place for lunch. Recommend this place, especially on a beautiful day.

Good location. Parking is available... but not much and the rooms are narrow (it seems that if a parking space on one line then, the starts a chain of cars all parking spaces on or over the lines). The restaurant is small inside, but as the name already says, the farm is the place to eat. ointment with many metal tables and chairs. The menu is extensive and should like most people. Had the chicken spinach salad: was good-ish... the chicken was overcooked and a bit hard. Wife had tuna and that was pretty good. However, an additional $2 to 'upgrade' paid to onion rings and received only 5 small rings.

I love this place! Specially Sandy. She is always kind, happy and joyful. You feel like home when she talks to you. The food is fantastic and you can?t go wrong here. But mainly I do appreciate Sandy and the rest of the staff to make us feel like family each and every time. Thank you, Behnoush
