Forli Restaurant Bar - Alamo

All four of us had a wonderful experience at Forli. The restaurant was packed and a bit short on staff, but we were seated in the back room. Despite the lack of waitstaff, the service was surprisingly good.

The food at Forli's is consistently fantastic! During our recent visit, they were quite busy, and the service was not up to par. However, we've been to Forli's many times before, and the service is usually excellent, so it might just have been an off night. The neighborhood is great, and the ambiance has a semi-upscale vibe that we really enjoy. Overall, we love it!

Pasta vongole was bland boring. Salmon chicken putanesca was good. Caesar salad was very good. Service was horrible! Seated without menus, waited 30 minutes to order drinks, then waited longer for menus, even longer to place food orders and finally 45 minutes to pay bill! Forget this place, food just as good elsewhere without the horrific service.
