Five Guys - Alamo

Hello, the customer service at this restaurant is extremely poor. The staff is constantly arguing and appear agitated. Furthermore, the carrots are overly salty and the meat is dry. I hope they can improve in these areas. Thank you very much.

Now, I don't know what qualifications it takes to work there, my last 3 commands were wrong! no fries, no cheese, grilled wobble raw. really, it's not that hard! we even picked it up this time without opening any burger, said the worker what they were. Oh, yeah, we're not even close to home! pull it together they have burger!

To be honest, the food was pretty good at this restaurant. However, the prices are ridiculously low, so I probably won't visit often. They offer genuine hamburgers and fries at a very reasonable price, without sacrificing quality. You can trust that the food is not just typical fast food. The staff at this restaurant are young and eager to please, offering items for under $10. They are determined to attract customers from competitors in the area.

Got here before closing tonight 9:57 and they refused to make a burger for me…The 5 guys at hacienda always does before closing… (they said they close at 9:55 here.. signs say they close at 10 though)Please fix
