Contribuiți la feedbackGranted it is Christmas eve, but young man, at the sandwich station making food around 12:00 noon stated “that’s not my job” when his coworker was overwhelmed and needed help. Such a sad thing to see on Christmas eve but that’s what i get for going to a dunkin’ donuts anyway. We should all be home with our families.
Diana is very attentive, friendly respectful and goes beyond her customer service duties.
The worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever stepped foot in. The employees were very loud and rude, using excessive swear words. Our food was made in spurts over 16 minutes. I had to go to the counter 3 times to get our order completed. My hash browns were cold, my ham stuffed croissant was under heated.After all the that, it was the most disgusting food I've ever eaten. We threw it away and left. I was throwing up for the next 200 miles on our travels. I don't recommend eating here!This establishment should be investigated by the health department. I can assure you, they good retention is beyond the shelf life.
The bacon egg and cheese on English muffin was barely edible. The whole thing tasted like rotten veggies! The consistency of the egg was just off , and it took absolutely For-ever for me to get my Brown Sugar Cookie Flavored OatMilk Chai Tea Latte ' although, no complaints there. Delicious.
I try not to go to this Dunkin donuts because it seems like they just don't care about what the customer orders every time I order something from there it's not what I asked for it's really not that hard to make a coffee and some of the employees need to change their attitude because of you're not happy with your job then leave and find something else that better suites you and rushing to get customers out of the drive thru to meet a certain goal is not the answer because you will have a lot of unsatisfied customers
