Waterfront Deli - Alameda

Why did it take me so long to discover this place? It may not look like much from the outside, but it has so much to offer! This Korean-owned restaurant combines typical deli dishes with amazing Korean flavors and top-notch ingredients. The East-West sandwich is definitely going to be a regular in my rotation!

This restaurant is an excellent choice for a quick lunch. I work in this area for a few weeks each year and I find myself coming here 80% of the time. It's fast, affordable, and the food is of great quality. I usually order the tuna fish melt or the chicken Caesar salad. They also offer soups and a variety of Korean dishes. Additionally, there is a good amount of seating available both indoors and outdoors.

Let's go! I just have to mention how incredibly kind the staff are. The service was prompt and efficient. The sandwiches were delightful, and the prices were quite reasonable. We enjoyed sitting outside, surrounded by a lovely view where we could watch the boats and birds. It made for a wonderful date.

Since I work nearby, this is my favorite go-to spot for lunch and sometimes eve breakfast! The food is consistently delicious, always fresh, and the employees are such nice, generous people (hi Esther and Mateo! . I couldn't recommend Waterfront Deli more!!

This long standing deli has been here for decades and is a great spot for a relaxing lunch next to the yachts. I enjoyed the seafood melt with lentil soup. It is a short walk to a business park and residential area.
