Pho And Baguette - Alameda

My wife and I recently visited Vietnam. Ever since, we craved good Vietnamese food. This place has very good Vietnamese food. Probably the best in the bay area. I wish this place is closer to where I live. I would come here on the regular. Highly recommend the Banh Mi, Summer rolls and iced coffee.

Excellent lunch spot. Fresh food. The Grilled Pork salad was amazing; huge bowl of green with a layer of tomatoes and cucumbers, followed by a layer of perfectly grilled thin pork. Gets busy during the lunch hour, but worth the wait.

I found this spot by accident. Wonderful staff family owned. Okay, prices. Nice sized menu.. takeout or end in. No outdoor seating. plus: parking lot. Food was clean yummy

I had the Bahn Mi sandwich with chicken. It’s the biggest Vietnamese sandwich I have had. Very tasty, full of flavor. Lots of veggies and good bread! I hate when people say this place is not authentic. Authentic to me means it’s supposed be exactly like Vietnam. No, it’s not and it doesn’t have to be. It’s good as it is. The spring rolls were amazing too. I will be back because the food is great and the vibe is cool. Great service. Oh and the garlic noodles will know you out with how garlicky they are!
