We were eagerly anticipating a wonderful meal and experience, but our time with this catering company turned out to be quite disappointing. There was a lack of professionalism, and unfortunately, several members of our family and staff fell ill after consuming the food. When we reached out to discuss our concerns, Chef Jeff Rosen responded in an unprofessional and rude manner, which shocked his own staff. On the brighter side, some of the other staff members were truly wonderful and accommodating. However, I would advise caution when considering this company, as they did not seem to take the necessary precautions regarding food safety post-COVID. There were no COVID measures in place during our catering experience. For a more professional catering service, I recommend contacting Havana Catering, which offers five-star service and food. In contrast, our experience here was marked by terrible customer service and a lack of professionalism.

What’s not to love? The food and drinks are outstanding—truly excellent! I ordered a tuna sandwich, and what I received was sliced seared ahi stacked high on fresh brioche, accompanied by an amazing dressing. Delicious! And the music? Wow! It really gets you moving!

On a positive note, his other team members were fantastic, but I would advise caution when considering this company, as they do not seem to be taking the proper precautions to handle food safely post-COVID. I hired Pacific Catering to provide food for a surprise birthday party at a tiki bar, and they created a custom island-themed menu that accommodated several dietary restrictions, including vegetarian and pescatarian options. Unfortunately, the night before the party, we came down with COVID and had to cancel all our plans. However, with less than 24 hours’ notice, they were incredibly understanding and offered to reschedule the event without any charges, even though I’m sure they had already begun preparing the food. When I called to cancel, their first question was about our well-being, which showed their genuine concern. It’s rare to find such great people to work with! When we finally rescheduled the party, the food was fantastic—everyone loved it, and it was all gone! Thank you, Pacific Catering!
