Jack In The Box - Alameda

It's 3:54 a.m. Saturday morning yet this Jack in the box is closed apparently they can't take my order but they can make him prepare doordash and Uber eats orders staff is rude I rather drive across town to the location on Park Street This is an update it's now 4:07 a.m. on June 28th in the yet again this Jack in the box is saying they're closed and cannot take my order

I will absolutely never go back to this location. The service was the absolute worst. I had a few mobile app orders I did. The food was decent but the Shakes had hairs in them. The staff refused to do anything about it. When I asked for some sauces, I was told I would have to pay for them. Even though I didn't get any sauces with my food. The lobby area was disgusting. Dirty tables with food scraps all over the floors. This has to be the absolutely worst location I've ever been to.

Taking my 5 Star back Alameda jack in the box has bad bad costumer service.poor poor management no skills to talk about. In other words how would 1 say back in the day? The place suxs......

There were crunchy particles in my breakfast sandwich. I was so disgusted I threw everything in the ttash.

I have been going to this Jack in the Box for over 3 years now. Sometimes at 2am, sometimes at 2pm. Every. single. time. the folks taking the order are courteous, helpful and kind. The food comes out fast and it is so much better quality than even any other JITB I've been to. Whoever is running this franchise is doing something right, hats off to them!
