Forbidden Island Tiki Lounge - Alameda

Always a great time! Great tiki ambiance and delicious tiki drinks!

Been here before and drink were amazing. This time we walked in and sat for 25 minutes and no one even came to greet us or take our order. We walked out expecting maybe someone would say something but didn’t get a goodbye or thank you for the host. Would go back again but definitely need to hire another server, the one is great but can’t cover the whole place on evenings!

Aside from having to wait for the server a few times, the drinks were fantastic! It took a while to get the server for our last round of drinks and the bill, which left us feeling a bit tired by the end. However, that was really the only issue we encountered!

It was my first time there, and I had an excellent experience! The service was outstanding, and the food and drinks were superb. The staff was very friendly, and I really enjoyed the drinks!

Just had to say we had the best time over Halloween weekend at Forbidden Island! With 80s pop/rock hits playing in the background, amazing drinks and bar food, and friendly bar staff and patrons, we all had a blast!!!! Welcoming neighborhood spot. ‘ Will be back the next time we’re in the Bay Area!
