Chinese food restaurant in Costa Rica. Food was ok, a little on the bland side. Large portions. I would look for another Chinese restaurant to try before returning here. Place was clean, staff was nice.
Absolutely not. I ordered delivery through a third party without issue. If you’re familiar with typical Chinese takeout in New York City… the food is a step below that. I don’t like to cook much when traveling, but I wish I had just picked up some noodles at the corner store. The shrimp wontons are terrible, the shrimp fried rice was greasy and barely edible, and the whole experience was low vibrational. You deserve better.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS RESTAURANT ALL VISITORS TO COSTA RICA, THEY USE CANNED AND FROZEN FOOD. DO NOT PURCHASE THE KON PUO JA THEY REPLACE THE CASHEWS FOR PEANUTS A CHEAPER FAR LESS FLAVOURASBLE REPLACEMENT. THEY USE CANNED MUSHROOMS AND FROZEN SHRIMP........STAY AWAY FROM THIS REASTAURANT THEY HAVE CHANGED SO MUCH SINCE COVID. CHEAP AND LOW GRADE FOOD FOR THE CUSTOMER WHO KNOWS NO DIFFERENCE WHEN IT COMES TO REAL CHINESE FOOD.
Very tasty and authentic Chinese cuisine! good price! we ordered hot sour suppe, zartoin mushroom veggie stir, and seafood fried rice. nice that we wanted to eat there, it was a good decision. parking tipp (if you are tourist like us) there is a parking garage two blocks from the restaurant, 900 colonies per hour, we parked there, it was convenient and stress-free as we are not familiar with the local parking rules.
