Little Caesars Pizza - Alabaster

Halloween was bustling, but the rain kept the crowds at bay.

I've watched this place experience quite a journey. Having been around the neighborhood for a while, I understand the highs and lows of the local food scene. It’s a real challenge to maintain a steady supply when it’s difficult to find workers or get food supplies. The recent decision to change their hours—to close at 9 p.m. during the week and at 10 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays—left customers puzzled, but it’s just the way things are. And honestly, no $5 pizza can be beat!

I placed my order for three meats, while the woman behind me ordered three meats and cheese bread. However, he served her order before mine. It’s frustrating to wait like this!

Don?t order from this place thru their app. It thinks the store remains open 11 but it doesn't. They were two other people who were really upset. They drove 20 minutes, drove 25 and their tracker finished it, and we all got the guy when he left and said they're closing each night at 9:00. We've all paid there without pizza and no refund. One guy said it happened to him before he got the same place and he never got his refund. (Kinda his guilt, ida never gave this place 2 times to get me, I will never come through this pizza compound again. It was 10 a.m. with everything that said they stayed open until 11??????

I'm totally impressed. I'll wait for my pizza when a lady came back to pick up her order. The young man said he was confused and finished it in 4 minutes. He was honest, had a great attitude with her and the two young employees gave her a dessert to be patient with them. This is how the customer service should be. We should all understand that companies are working short. The customer recognized this and the employees rose with a smile to make the best of the situation. I hope I see such positive things.
