Jimmy John's - Alabaster

I really enjoyed my experience at this restaurant! The bread was delicious and I especially loved it. However, I was slightly disappointed that there were no hot sandwiches on the menu.

The quality of food is poor. Ordered two sandwiches, one for my 3 year old and it was not edible. Bread was rock solid and ?veggies? were rotten and scarce. Two small rotten tomatoes and brown lettuce. The location on 280 is more concerned withquality ingredients, visit that one!

My sandwich was delicious, I ate every bite! The bread was so fresh and yummy.

I am not from this area and whenever I have visited this restaurant while in town, I have been let down. I always request extra toppings on my sandwich, such as guacamole, lettuce, and cucumbers. However, my sandwich was extremely flat this time, leaving me wondering what I actually paid for.

They were out of capicola for the Italian sandwiches and only offered salami as a substitute, even though the sandwich already had salami. They tried to charge for a salami sandwich instead. They did not allow me to substitute ham. The staff was unfriendly and it seemed like they did not want our business.
