Arby's - Alabaster

The drive through itself is so bad I had to go around pot holes. Then I finally order and get my food and my sweet tea is literal syrup and the cheese on my roast beef and is cold. Gross

Who in their right mind thought this was worth my money? The chicken was burnt, the lettuce was wilted, and there was an excessive amount of mayo on the dish.

At 8 am, they were out of ham for the Ham and Cheese Croissant. The hashbrown was fresh and tasty. There was no coffee available and we waited over 20 minutes for our food, even though there were only two customers in the restaurant, one outside and one inside.

We needed something to eat as we were leaving the emergency room at 11:30pm. The staff at the restaurant was extremely polite and the food was excellent. Other fast food places would not have been as accommodating at that late hour. We are truly grateful for your understanding.

I tried to eat here for dinner a few nights back, it was probably around midnight a few people sitting in the lobby (workers) pull around to the drive thru and wait 5-6 minutes and no one acknowledges I?m there. This isn?t the first time this hashappened. So I decide to go to whataburger can?t even pull in because the line is out to the highway. If your wondering why yoursales are down it?s because no one wants to take your order or the drive through is broken. Again this morning I get here 603, Iknow you open at 600am sit in the drive thru for 10 minutes and no one acknowledges I?m there. I will quit wasting my time atthis drive thru.
