This is the Best Soul Food spot in Akron. Coming from Cleveland living in Akron we always had to come home to find some good soul food. It was a chill environment located outside, ride slow so you don’t miss it. Service was pleasant and several customers were waiting in their cars for the fresh hot food. We hade Catfish and Shrimp dinners the Shrimp was fried; the Catfish was bagging; the yams so tasty sweet; baked beans with meat ohh my.. the greens hit and the Mac looked delicious. We came from Canton and I'm a soul food lover. When I tell you the flavor in this mans food is unmatched. The Greens will make you want to pull up and smack your mom and your grandmother. Me and my fiance shared the 4 pc Catfish with Greens, mac and cheese and a side of okra... Loved every bite. Will definitely be back again!!!!

The first thing is the service is excellent the two people that were there were awesome friendly had a smile on their face n told me everything was made fresh n It was n the food was fantastic the chicken I got was delicious My partner got the Tilapia fish n the only thing he could say THIS IS SO GOOD WEe will definitely be going back thank u some much the food was great

The food is phenomenal, and you get generous portions. The customer service is awesome. I like it when a business owner asks questions and recognizes the customers. Now I have to be honest this is a food truck, so the environment is what it is. It's very clean and very professional operating. I would most definitely be back to support.
