The Office Bistro & Bar - Akron

We have a tradition of coming to the office on Valentine's Day. our service was unsustainable and we could hear the waiting staff that discussed their disappointment with the management for the evening. we were there the afternoon and they were already out of laughs. our food came from tasting good but cold, not as it was hot and fed, but that it was simply never warmed enough. our drinks were good. next year we will break the tradition.

The food was good, but the service was good. we went to a pretty slow Monday night, so the restaurant was quite empty - still got our eating pretty fast.

Our server was excellent. has made the whole experience fun!

I was surprised that our party of 5 was sitting in the bar when we arrived for our reservation at 6:45. the dining room was quite empty and the bar was quite loudly dying for the football game in tw. our waitress was pleasant, but not very attentive. eating was decent, but overpriced for quality. we enjoyed eating here, but not sure when we will return.

We had to ask to have a server pay attention to us and get us drinks. It was frustrating because people who sat after us were served before us. There were only 4 of us.
