Taco Bell - Akron

The server was rude. After I finished my meal, they left my plate aside for 10-15 minutes before finally bringing it to me. Instead of handing it directly to me, they tossed it over to the other side of the counter while rolling their eyes. I would not recommend going there.

The staff at the order counter were noticeable, but they made mistakes with the order. I also felt unsafe when speaking to the girl outside. It's unfortunate for Taco Bell.

I placed a mobile order for pickup at this restaurant, but when I arrived, the woman at the counter informed me that they were only handling deliveries at that time. I explained that I had just placed a mobile order, but she told me to cancel it and that I would receive a refund. I asked her why they could make deliveries but not fulfill mobile orders, since to me, they seem quite similar. She replied that she was the only one working. I couldn't help but wonder why they were even open if they could only manage deliveries for services like DoorDash but not for direct customers. It just doesn't make sense to me. I left feeling frustrated and will never order from this place again. I had to give them a star, but honestly, if I could give zero stars, I would. I'll stick with the options from Akron U; they are much better and consistently provide good service.

Door dashed eating from here several times. they do not pay attention to allergens or if they exclude sauces etc. from their objects. ordered on 8/13 and got super sick from eating, I thought I would die from lean pain. Never happened.

I ordered two fresh soft taco supremes with extra sour cream. Apparently it was okay to give me two sloppy soggy old soft taco supremes they were breaking through the tortilla just soggy.
