Contribuiți la feedbackI experienced a long wait time and didn't receive all of my items. There were no napkins included. However, the worker who brought my food to my car was friendly and had a lovely smile, which was a nice touch!
I ordered at the kiosk, but it didn’t print a receipt. After that, I had a disagreement with the staff about whether I had ordered a drink or not, which I couldn’t confirm without proof of my order. Then I left the restaurant only to find out that I received the seven-layer nachos instead of the nacho burrito I wanted. I went back to request a fork for the nachos, but they informed me that there were no forks available. When I inquired about my original burrito order, I couldn’t prove that my order was incorrect since I didn’t have a receipt from the kiosk.
Have been sitting here for a few days following the breakfast. eating was fresh from the grill, not super fast, but within 4 minutes because of all drive-thru orders and only one pack line open. I saw good staff who worked well together. encouraged me to order kiosk when I arrived, I was quite slow for the first time, but much faster after.
If I could give this location zero stars I would. I have given them multiple attempts to make it right but I swear the employees never read the receipts. Asked for sauce, they forgot it. Asked for no sour cream, they added it. Forgot another burrito entirely. The food looks like slop. They lost my business!
Food not ready on time. Absurd with pickup orders. Sometimes the door is locked and you have to go through the drive thru then if you go the next day thru the drive thru they say too bad you have to go inside even though youre stuck in their drive thru and won't just hand you the order.. stupid.
