Robeks Fresh Juices Smoothies - Akron

They threw 1/4 of my smoothie down the drain just because it didn't fit in a medium cup! It didn't fit in a medium because I paid for extra banana! Will never go back to this location. Every other robeks location has put my smoothie in a large cup. Because they understand that with the extra banana it won't all fit in the medium cup, it's common sense. For $9 smoothies I expect to receive everything I paid for. Not have it thrown down the drain.

When our drinks arrived, they were watery, filled with ice chunks, and much more sour than usual. This, however, wasn't my main concern. When I returned to ask what might be wrong with the taste and texture, the employee insisted there was nothing different and started listing the ingredients, including apple juice. I have been ordering this same drink since childhood, and I've never encountered apple juice in a lemon freeze. It's also not listed as part of the ingredients online or mentioned by employees at other Robeks locations that I’ve frequented over the years. I believe the ingredients were not mixed in the proper ratios, especially considering the earlier comment made by the employee while preparing them. The sweetness and consistency were definitely off. My primary issue is not the drink itself or the possible addition of apple juice, but rather the lack of transparency from both employees. I would have preferred if they had either A) informed us at the beginning that they were low on an ingredient, so we could have chosen something else, or B) acknowledged it when I inquired about the drinks later. I do appreciate that the newer employee apologized as I was leaving, which prompted me to give an extra star. I just wish there had been more honesty during our interaction. This was my first experience at this location, and I hope that if I find myself in the area again, it will be better. I’ve enjoyed lemon freezes my whole life, as they’re the only smoothie I've ever liked. While I can accept a lemon freeze that’s slightly off, this experience was not ideal.

I was at Robeks today in fairlawn, a young gentleman took my order today he was so kind an understanding. His name is Sam G! He took the time to tell me some of his favorites as well as answer some questions about other drinks. I really enjoy experiences like that and it makes me wanna go back time and time again. So here?s a huge shout out to Sam G. I?m gonna try something new next time instead of going to the same old thing, which is amazing. You?re a great young man and I just know you?re gonna go far in life good luck and God bless!!!

I absolutely love the acai bowls! The fresh fruit on top always tastes delightful. Ever since I tried them for the first time, I've never ordered anything else. While the smoothies are delicious too, I am completely hooked on the bowls!

Owen is a fine Blue Colored worker and he is doing a fantastic job. His patience with his high valued customers was indescribable. I was very Impressed by his work ethic. Also, it was just his second day!! Way to go Robeks montrose!
