Piada Italian Street Food - Akron

This restaurant has some of the friendliest employees I've ever encountered. I've never had a bad experience with customer service here, and the food is consistently excellent. There was one instance when my order was incorrect, but they resolved it quickly and with a great attitude. I really should start noting the names of the staff who assist me so they can receive the recognition they deserve.

My experience at the restaurant was delightful. I had just arrived in town, and this was the first place I chose to eat. I ordered the Avocado Chop and the Pepperoni Sticks, and everything was delicious. The teas were perfectly brewed as well. Overall, I would rate the food a 5 out of 5.

The team at Piada impressed me with their outstanding customer service, turning me into a loyal customer for life. I received my order but noticed an item was missing. Cory and his team quickly addressed the issue and went above and beyond to make things right. Thank you! Food: 5/5

Sunday afternoon I came in for lunch with my grandmother. It was her first time at piada so she was uncertain about what to order. As she was going down the line the worker there Alex was patient and helped her with each topping she wanted. There were other customers in line but she didn’t seem to mind as my grandmother took her time finishing her bowl. I appreciated her positive attitude and patience during my visit. The food and customer service was enjoyable and I will be taking my grandmother back for lunch again soon.

I love The Piada in Akron the staff there is always pleasant and very helpful especially Alex, she always makes you fell welcome and has a great attitude. There used to be a tip jar on the counter I inquired why it wasn't there any longer and they told me that it is frowned on by corporate to have a tip jar.Let the employees have a tip jar no one puts pressure on any customer to leave a tip. It is our small way of saying thank you for such great service
