Mcdonald's - Akron

These people are not very nice. They bark is that all, even if you are in the middle of a sentence. Listening skills is part of customer service and I feel like they are very impersonal every time I stop to get my child a meal.

Always a wait for food. Fries are cold in the bag before nuggets are even cooked. Portions are skimpy (see photo). Not comfortable giving staff my card to pay in the drive

Management needs to quit worrying about making time quotas and let the workers make those decisions. Every time I come here doesn't matter how busy it is they have you pull around front. Doesn't matter the size of the order either. The workers then wait to bring out 2 or 3 orders at a time. Which I don't blame them who would want to go in and out in and out all day long especially when weather is bad. Today had so many people waiting for food they were blocking flow of traffic in parking lot but drive thru was empty. Again not workers fault its management. Guessing they get some sort of bonus for having the best times. Workers do a good job given the direction they been given by management. Food pretty decent compared to other nearby locations.

The Mcdonald’s app is amazing. The sausage egg and mcmuffin always delicious.

I was so happy with the service at this McDonalds. Head and shoulders above the rest.
