Mcdonald's - Akron

I ordered a large fries separately from my meal, and I was very disappointed. They really need to pay more attention to the quality of their food and service. I also noticed an incorrect charge on my child's Happy Meal that needed to be rectified. I wish I had noticed that the fries were barely filled and spilled out of the sleeve when I opened them—it definitely wasn't worth the price I paid.

This is the best McDonald’s for takeout I’ve ever experienced! The service is quick and friendly. I messed up my order during my visit after three years, but they helped me correct it right away. They even apologized and offered compensation for the longer wait. I wish all McDonald’s were this efficient!

I really enjoyed the ice, but the amount served on the cone was more suitable for my 3-year-old granddaughter. The price has gone up like everything else, which is disappointing. It also melted before the worker handed it to me, so I asked for another one, but it was the same. Shaking my head. Overall, I would rate the food 3 out of 5.

The staff and the manager were unimaginable. I think they're a young pampered child who doesn't have a clue how to be manager or responsible! I heard how they were talking to the others! so rude and unrespectful! Now I know why they are the quick turn around the imperial kingdom
