Johnny J's Pub Grille - Akron

I have never eaten here before and probably never will again. Ordered the grilled chicken wrap and fries. The chicken was shredded, not grilled, and soggy as hell. The fries were overdone and crunchy. The only good parts of the meal were the soda and leaving at the end. Overall, pretty gross. I fully expect to be sick later.

The place was very clean. Our waitress was very helpful and cheerful. I ordered the $5 burger special and I enjoyed every bite of the burger. I also had the Buffalo bombers appetizer and I loved them.

The smartest move you did was put lawn signs on Manchester road promoting $8.99 Friday Fish dinners. We would have not stopped in. Incredible portions, great fish dinners! Great friendly staff! A

I ordered wings and soda, they were delicious and the waitress didn't let my coke run dry. Good music too. Very relaxing atmosphere.

Update: Bring back trivia! We miss coming there on Tuesdays. Feb. 2020 Good food! Everything we've tried has been great! Much improved from our first few visits. I'm glad I waited to post a review, or it would've been one star. The business listened to our concerns, and since Chris has been in charge, everything we order comes out hot and freshly made.
