Contribuiți la feedbackThis seems to be a common issue at many Mexican restaurants in Ohio, including this one—whenever we ask for "no meat," they tend to add cooked carrots and bell peppers instead. We end up with a burrito lacking in protein due to what feels like an odd anti-bean trend, and it simply doesn't taste good. Again, we were trying to avoid specific food allergies, which is why we provided detailed instructions that were clearly overlooked. A proper veggie burrito should include rice, beans, lettuce, tomato, cheese, sour cream, cilantro, and onion. This is how it's typically done in California, and it ensures a complete protein instead of resembling some bizarre salad. If the beans are cooked in lard, it would be nice if the restaurant mentioned that to the customer and asked for confirmation. Overall, this burrito was a huge letdown, only making me long for California-style Mexican food even more.
I absolutely love this place! The owners are incredibly kind and genuinely attentive to their guests. The food is delicious! The interior is charmingly decorated with vibrant colors.
My husband found this hidden gem just a short distance from our home. We really enjoyed the atmosphere, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The Mexican Coke was delicious, and the guacamole paired perfectly with their homemade tortilla chips. Our food was excellent and the portions were huge! It's one of the few Mexican restaurants I've been to that serves fluffy rice that isn't dry. I highly recommend it!
I had the burrito bowl with carnitas and chorizo, and it was perfectly seasoned.
There were five of us, and everyone really enjoyed their dinner and the appetizers. It had been a while since I had tasted tamarind juice, and I loved it. We will definitely be coming back!
