Park West Cafe

I've been going to this Cafe for some years now bc it's convenient when I pick up and drop off passengers. I never had any issues up until yesterday. I placed my order for a BLT, and told the lady I'll be back because I had to use the restroom. So when I came back to pay a gentleman cashed me out and I got my condiments and everything was fine. As I approached the door to leave, another woman stopped me and grabbed the bag out of my hand without even asking me if there was a mix-up with my order. She assumed that I stole somebody else's clam chowder. And when I told her that it was my sandwich she shoved it back into my hand after seeing that it was only my BLT. She was totally rude and out of place. She didn't even apologize to me! I was embarrassed and insulted. There was a passenger that I was picking up and he saw the whole thing and he agreed that she was wrong! I absolutely love supporting small businesses, but this one here... I will NOT return because of that experience. I hope no one else has to go through what I went through SHAME ON YOU!!

The owner Denise needs an attitude adjustment. She is rude not only to her customers but screams at her employees every time I go down there. Very unprofessional. Her food is good and home made just hope you catch her on a good day.

Everything is always fresh and made to order! Denise and Samantha always get it right!

Always good food. Soups, homemade bake goods, mto salads nice service. Its a must try!
