Store always closes 1/2 hour before advertised hours on google and on the app. Either hours are posted wrong or the workers just decide to stop taking orders and there is no manager to oversee the operations…disappointing to drive only to learn they wont take ur order.

Manager needs serious help. She’s not capable of running the store

I had noticed when I walked in to go to the attached Tim Hortons that Wendy's had a promotional sign at the entrance to buy a pin representing adoption. When I went over to purchase one (as I'm adopted myself, so this pin would be very special to me), all of the staff, other than the manager (who was actually kind), started berating me because they only have these pins between January and May. I'm sorry, but you might want to reconsider putting that tiny bit of information ON THE AD. My day has only just begun, and already, my mood has diminished a bit. Great customer service you have at this location.......NOT!!!!

Yep, this Wendy’s is excellent.Hot food and beverage eggs, potatoes and coffee) fresh and hot!!! I appreciate that. Only little issue is panhandlers are occupying this place and I do not feel best with that.
