It used to be fast and efficient service. Now the drive thru takes over 20 mins. You can drive to Toronto and back and your coffee will be ready. Basically the drive thru is a joke. Also food used to be 100% fresh now I see sometimes the tea isn’t fresh and not made properly. Seems like the owner or manager is reducing staff and overworking the current ones.
