I enjoyed something totally different, Chicken wrapped with Bacon ,ranch, and peppers. It was delicious and spicy. They also have a front patio. Enjoy the Wi-Fi.
Been years since coming here. It was quite busy for a Sunday evening, however despite how busy it was our server Amanda was exceptional. Very efficient and great recommendations.Ordered calamari which was cooked very well, and the seasoning was very well done. The Grand Slam Burger was ginormous! The tomato slice appeared green and in my opinion the top bun of the burger is either not needed or seemed small compared to the bottom bun. I asked for the fries well done based on Amanda's suggestion, and great choice. If I do get this burger again I will opt for a side salad instead. For the portion size, can't go wrong with the . Very well priced options here. If tomato slices were all ripened the food rating would have been a 5 star.Wheelchair accessibility: There are wheelchair accessible parking spots, however this establishment does not have a wheelchair accessible entrance.
We chose Portly Piper for dinner, my first visit to this bustling pub. Despite the crowd, the staff efficiently seated us. To start, we ordered our usual: two cokes and the Crispy Calamari. The calamari was exceptionally delectable, easily becoming my favorite among fast-food establishments. The accompanying dip was a perfect match. For our mains, my partner had the Grand Slam Burger, while I enjoyed the Braised Beef Wild Mushroom Risotto. Both dishes were delicious, with ample portions that left me with leftovers.Overall, we had a pleasant meal, though the service did experience occasional slowdowns due to the busy evening. To avoid any lulls, I'd recommend visiting during quieter times, especially when there aren't any sports events taking place. On our visit, the Jays played and won – Go Jays Go!
I love coming here with my friends to watch sports on weekends. The staff servers are always very friendly and the prices are reasonable. Downside is that it is very busy and gets loud on major game nights
I came Friday night to a loaded pub, so I decided maybe it was best to order out as it was ill suited for casual conversing. Don't get me wrong the crowds were a welcomed sight, and I was excited because I had heard many good things about the food and the owner. We ordered out using their website, and waited in the parking lot until the instructed time. When we picked up the food we could tell that the order was ready for quite some time as the fries were soggy, and some of the food wasn't hot anymore, but this was all understandable given the rush. We tried out a couple of dishes, and it was all solid bar food until I hit the side salad and got a mouthful of mold. I had to tap out, despite everything being good until that moment. My husband later came back from work and rummaged through the leftovers only to do the same, unfortunately confirming the state of the spoiled food. I should of given the pub a ring back to complain, but I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt, and maybe it was just a one off accident. Will order again, and dine in. My rating will be updated as a better reflection in the future.
