Pho Metro - Ajax

We ordered our food at 8:40, two soups, and by 9:00 we were still waiting with no sign of them. It was strange that the soups hadn't arrived after 20 minutes, especially since the restaurant wasn't busy on a weeknight. After 30 minutes, I went to the counter to ask for my food to go because we didn't have time to sit and eat. The server frantically searched for my bill, only to realize it had never been sent to the kitchen. We waited 30 minutes for nothing. The service was very poor. We will not be returning.

I always enjoy Pho, but when I'm in Ajax, I love going to Pho Metro. My favorite dish is the P3 Rice Noodle Soup with Beef Brisket, and the fresh salad roll packs are also delicious.

The restaurant was alright, but not impressive. The service was friendly, but lacking. They brought out both the appetizers and main course at the same time. We got all of our food, but not our drinks. Despite it not being very busy, the portions were generous but the quality of the food was only average. I was disappointed in comparison to other places I have been. Overall, it was just an average and disappointing experience. I probably won't be returning.

It happened to me, but not regret. The selection was pretty good, the food was very good and the prices are good at your wallet. The staff is very friendly. I especially enjoyed the coconut smoothie, which was great for dessert on a hot summer day. If you are in the area, please visit.

This was my first time at this location as I've been to the Scarborough location and loved it The ordering process was very easy but the waiting process took long and was not given updates on how much longer my order was going to be...Thank goodness the food was great tasting. Will go again but call ahead
