Panera Bread - Ajax

Panera Bread - In my opinion, people overrated Panera Bread. It's pricey for the quantity and quality of food. Our family ordered 4 sandwich/soup combos. As a place that emphasized bread, I would have high expectations on their quality. It's so so. I don't expect a sandwich place that would've put so much sauce/mayo on the bread that made it soggy when it's served. Not very impressive. Would not recommend.

I have heard great this about Panera it deffinantly didn't live up to its expectations , 20 dollars for a sandwich and soup the soup was very gold but the sandwich looked like it was made my a kindergarten... lacked chicken. If I'm paying 20 dollars for a sandwich it better be the best damn sandwich I have tasted. On an other note the guy who served us two minutes later was picking up plates and garbage and cleaning dishes right in front of us... went and grab someone's else order and delivered it . That's gross. Will not be back. I'd rather take the drive and go to teddy's now that's a real sandwich.

People really rave about panera and I'm not entirely sure why. It's not bad but not as amazing as people say. I had the mac and cheese, thinking it was great comfort food, but it was really rich and hard to finish because of that. Maybe it would have been ok as a side?

I commonly visit this Panera Bread location to get some work done in the cafe and grab a quick bite to eat. However, I'm in search of a new working space after witnessing very unprofessional conduct between staff on July 19 in the afternoon. It seemed to me that a supervisor or boss was harshly yelling at a staff member out on the patio of the restaurant! The conversation should have been conducted in a more private setting, as it was visible for all guests to watch. The entire situation made the visit very uncomfortable for me and I don't feel like environment is a safe space for customers and definitely not for the employees either. Don't waste your time coming here to have a stress-free work session. I definitely won't be supporting a business that disrespects its employees as much as what I saw.

I have been to lots of Panera restaurants. They are usually predictable and work well , especially when travelling or in a rush. The food at Panera Ajax is as one would expect, but I was horrified to see that person responsible for clearing tables and who was scraping plates into bins, stacking dirty plates, etc. was also the person who brought plates of food to the tables, including our own!
