Odine - Ajax

My daughter and I discovered Odine years ago. We go there to have mother/daughter time and to enjoy the atmosphere and food. We continue to have Odine as our special spot because the sushi, the vegetarian rolls, the won ton soup, the bento box, and the Chicken Pad Thai are as delicious today as the first day we dined there. No small plates here. These are full meals and I always end up taking home half my plate. The sushi is made and plated in full view, and everything is made as it's ordered. Prices are great! Lunch and dinner run from $30-60.00 for two with a glass of wine. It's a very special place to us and the staff remember our likes and are very respectful of our time there. No rushing us through our meals. We get to catch up and enjoy! Don't miss out on this gem of a restaurant.

Ordered Cantonese chow mein and i would not return. The tails were ledt on the shrimp, and the noodles were not even fully cooked!

Just went there for lunch. Good sized portion for the price as far as the bento box is concerned. My wife's basil chicken and vegetables with steamed rice seemed small for the price, and the bamboo shoot aftertaste in the accompanying soup was way too strong.

Went for the dinner special 2 can dine for 28.99. Excellent value. Waiter was very good. Surprised at the choices for a set menu. Food was really good and plenty of it. Bought home enough for at least one more dinner each - but I won't be eating it. I'm vegetarian which is not a problem in this restaurant but when asking to take the leftovers home the waiter used the same spoons to pack up my food after using them for my husband's beef pad Thai leftovers. Apart from that - highly recommend this restaurant.

I love maki rolls and liked their lunch combo. With the soup and salad I was full and good to go. Great place, and looks like a great place for larger groups.
