This place is truly a slice of heaven on earth! It's hands down the best gluten-free food you'll ever taste. The Nanaimo bars, croissants, and donuts are definitely favorites. Everything is grain-free and sugar-free, which is a wonderful bonus. It’s a bit on the pricey side, but it's worth it!

The prices are very high, yet there's nothing unique or special about the offerings.

The owner is unhelpful when it comes to basic questions like “What are the prices?” and “What do you offer?” There are no labels or menu items displayed. It seems they're too lazy to list the food or prices clearly like most other restaurants do. The food has a chalky texture and tastes very artificial and processed, and it’s extremely overpriced for what you get. The atmosphere is unpleasant, with unappetizing decor, and we definitely won't be returning!

As a type of diabetic and zöliakie I have to give here a strong warning: their low-carb/keto elements could be gf, but they are not low-carb. her $9 croissant made my blood sugar dangerously high until they had to admit that there might have been a change in the ingredients of her supplier. be very cautious — there is a problem with ingredient/nutritional marking here. on the plus side they offered me a full refund.
