My friend daughter always talk about bubbles tea. I told her when will come there I would like to drink it. Now I came here. I love that brown sugar with oat milk tea. It’s amazing and awesome. Very good service n great approach to customers. Nice place to dine. Lot of cool drinks n hot drinks available. Cakes , macaroni also here. Totally worth it.

Absolute most mid bubble tea. There are way better places like Coco, Gong Cha, Tiger Sugar, The Alley, and probably any place you get when you type bubble tea into Google

I ordered 2 drinks and a cheese tart. The drinks were somewhat average in taste. Loaded with artificial sweetener and artificial flavor, the drinks have definitely lost the nutritional values.The person behind the counter asked if the cheese tart need to be warmed up and I said yes. When I got home, I opened the box and suprisingly, I got a charred and burnt cheese tart. Lovely. Paid $6.60 before tax for a cheese tart and ended up getitng a burnt baked item.Definitely poor training and lack of knowledge in food preparation. That would be the root cause.Expectations are not met, so I have to give 1 star rating to this location for poor quality, poor value and poor customer expectation.To Chatime management.Please do not provide feedback to my review and ask for a receipt of the order. Attached pictures should be provide enough evidence beyond reasonable doubt of the purchase.My suggestion, please conduct a proper training and standard procedure to the franchise owner and his team in food preparation.

Located in a great plaza and neighbouring great businesses.Typically I find that it takes a long time to get your drinks when it comes to bubble tea.Service was quick and efficient and the drinks were done well! Staff were professional and friendly. Definitely recommend.

Site says open at 11:30, while storefront says 12 pm, guess who got there 11:30
