Kfc Aizawl

The entrance smell of a chicken coop.ugh.... we are not served what is in the menu. egg the meat is less compared to other cities kfc. is it typical mizo phakarity.....

The KFC in Mizoram doesn't quite live up to the typical KFC experience in other places, but it's not terrible either.

This restaurant in Aizawl is a great place to dine with your family and friends.

I have had experiences before,but then yesterday was a bummer! We ordered wednesday special and it was written very clearly that it included 2 pepsi. According sunce we were a group of 4,we ordered 2 more drinks. One of the staffs told us the special included only 1 pepsi and i showed her the screen and told her its supposed to be 2. She then turned around gave us another glass with attitude that i really hated. She raised her voice saying she had to tell their manager...with a rather sarcastic and harsh voice. Those were not attitudes to be shown to customers especially with a standard like KFC.

First of all I would say it was nice to enter a KFC joint and hearing the staffs speak in mizo, my first experience and I loved that. Staff management was not so bad like I saw in the review given below but yes they do need to improve their services abit. Being alert, active, friendly greetings is what KFC is all about besides the tasty food you get there as seen in other part of the country. Main thing is you please greet your customers when they approach you for their order. I would grade the cleanliness as 3 so guys pls take note.... Food no complaints... 4.5*
