Great food, knowledgeable service, dramatic setting

Yum! Excellent and highly creative cooking. We went for the tasting menu (menu pi r) accompanied by the wines. The fish dishes really stood out. Great pairings with the wine. Attentive friendly service.

Pierre reboul meets the expectations. 6 curs menu was excellent, so were the wine pairs and the service.

Only we regret that we were no longer staying! After a terrible 2-day stay in a 5-star hotel in cannes, we came here exhausted, the last night of our long weekend and with a low bar for quality service in a hotel. in the future, our expectations have been better. First they helped us together with our bad French skills and did not let us go when we at least tried our best, and were more than friendly enough to return to English than it was better for all parties. they greeted us at the arrival with a cold cocktail and offered help with our bags. the host has grilled us to our room and led us through all features. a room fridge with a free bottle cold water and room to get more of our own water in! Unfortunately, this was a rare thing for the rest of our trip in the south of France, so I must emphasize that. the room had a row of doors leading to the beautiful garden, with a private way to the pool! back inside, a comfortable, large bed. a great tw and a large shower/bath. we felt as much as at home in our short stay and were sad to go. we intend to come back sometime, hopefully. also that closed itself. so beautiful! but with modern conveniences. I'm sure they'll stay here when they're in the opposite. so close to the aix en provence, and a short drive to the airport and train as well.

Visited this place today. I can't find a word to explain how happy I am to come there. the funny thing that when they put the piece of food in them mouth, it has very light taste. a few seconds later, when they start chewing, it begins with different taste and taste directions, like fireworks in their mouth. it's not eating. it is masterpiece! bravo to the chef pierre reboul and the team. I have never tried anything near. Please visit this place. it is unforgettable.
