Pizza Hut - Airway Heights

Food was hot and delicious, and the cashier was so friendly I could not say this about 2 or 3 months ago whatever they're doing different I love it Good Job Pizza Hut

The pizza was good! The waitress forgot our appetizer. But she also didn't charge us for it either. The salad bar didn't look the best so we didn't try it. The staff was friendly enough though.

I was very disappointed in my service this evening. A call was made at 8:10 took over an hour to deliver and a miserable situation and horrible customer service. I wish I could leave a 0 star rating or negative star rating because because what I was told was an absolute lie and this order was a waste of my valuable time. I did not appreciate after all the trouble that there was not even a sincere apology or anything that they could do for us. I highly recommend not going to this Pizza Hut ever again because of the service I experienced this evening along with being disconnected on phone calls and a long line of following disappoints.

Barely any body to find to ask about your order that was supposed to be done before I arrived. Waiting times are horrible.

Did my order online with an estimated time for my food to be ready was 15 minutes. My family and I ordered just two large pepperoni pizzas from a promotion Pizza Hut was running as an LTO (Limited time offer). Showed up around 20-25 minutes after putting in order. Although the manger-on-duty was charismatic and a pleasure talking to, my food still wasn't ready. 10 more minutes go by... still not ready. The business seemed moderately slow being around 10pm on a Tuesday night. I get our order and head home with our hot food. Only to find out that it was made incorrectly. Double check my order information online. I put our order in correctly, just a blunder on their part. I get it. Accidents happen. But when one pizza is made correctly and the other was: mushrooms, chicken, and buffalo wing sauce, that's not even close. Especially when the restaurant's dead. My bad not the order before leaving, but I shouldn't have to, right? All in all food was decent. The place appeared very clean. And the ambiance was what you'd expect at a Pizza Hut late, on a weekday.
