Tim Hortons - Airdrie

In recent years, I have visited this Tim Hortons location three times, and each experience has been just as disappointing as the last. The staff is incredibly slow, and when orders aren't placed through the app or the digital board, counter service is painfully sluggish. The employees behind the counter appear indifferent to the customers waiting in line. While the overall cleanliness of the establishment is decent, the restrooms were not well-maintained. I do not recommend stopping here and will avoid this location in the future. On a positive note, the parking area is affordable and offers plenty of space, and the doors and restrooms are wheelchair accessible.

We went to the restaurant as a family. It was easy for the adults to place their orders, but the children's orders were a bit challenging. I wonder why there isn't a children's menu displayed. Also, the person who took our order seemed unclear about the options for children's drinks.

"We waited in line while the staff assisted another customer with their app. When our order was finally taken, the employee got it wrong and overloaded it. A refund (which required participation) was processed, and our order was placed again. During the new order, the employee became distracted by the previous customer using the app. This complicated things further, and it seemed to be beyond the staff's capabilities. We decided to leave and ended up having excellent service at Subway instead. I give Subway 5 stars and a 1-star rating for this restaurant."

This spot is quick and painless, the only thing is the Tim’s rewards card scanner is down every so often, makes me wonder who’s getting the points haha. Keep up the good service and get that scanner working better??
