Papa John's Pizza - Airdrie

Always served hot and fresh! I appreciate the care and attention that goes into every pizza. If there’s ever an issue, they do everything possible to make it right. While it may be a big chain, it's our go-to place for feeding the family!

I called to place a pickup order, and one of the employees told me over the phone that my pizza would be ready in 25 minutes. When I arrived after that time, he had forgotten about my order. I understand that mistakes can happen, but instead of admitting his error, he lied and claimed I hadn't called. I almost canceled the order, but my child wanted pizza, so I told him to make it anyway. Additionally, the veggie pizza was of poor quality and wasn't cooked properly. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

Terrible quality. After ordering from Papa John?s for years, this Airdrie location fall short. Terrible quality and not enough toppings. It seems to me as if they were not following the franchise recipes.

Ordered papa John's recently. This site is very busy. Pizza was hot and tasted great. Sauce is a little sweet and people were coming and going like crazy. Lots of topping options and pizza sizes and the staff is very friendly, courteous and quick to getyour food to you quickly.

I placed an order on a Friday evening, fully expecting the restaurant to be busy. To my surprise, the order confirmation stated it would be ready in "15 minutes." After a while, I checked the app and saw that my order was ready for pickup. However, when I arrived, the place was packed with frustrated customers waiting for their orders. Unfortunately, mine wasn’t ready yet either, and I was told it would take an additional 10 minutes. When I returned, my order still wasn't ready—I was told it would be another 10 to 15 minutes. After waiting another 5 minutes, it was finally ready. However, the girl behind the counter lacked basic customer service skills and didn’t even acknowledge me while I waited outside. I will never come here again; they really need to value their customers more. Customer service is sadly lacking these days.
