Homestead Restaurant - Airdrie

Had friends from Winnipeg for a visit and went for dinner here. The food was not good at all. The steaks were overdone and the veggies were bland. Not recommended....

This is the new name for the resto in the clubhouse at Woodside Golf Course...they have a great couples night promo some Fridays with a 3 course dinner and bottle of wine for $89.95. Really good value for a fine dining experience! Otherwise the menu is basically the same fare as most establishments in the area, and can be a bit hit and miss at times. Servers trend towards youngish girls with little experience, but they try hard! New management is working hard to elevate the profile of the place, lets hope it continues to improve over time!

I tried the Gladys Ridge burger at this restaurant and I really enjoyed it. The sautéed mushrooms were delicious, although the patty was a bit greasy. The creamsicle milkshake I ordered was also really tasty. I liked that the patty tasted fresh.

The food at this restaurant is awful. The staff don't know how to make a burger correctly, and the fries are cold and limp. Additionally, the food often does not arrive as requested.

Wow, burger enthusiasts, this place is the real deal.
