Booster Juice - Airdrie

I would like to say darla for her great service, very courteous and great customer service a scream. I went with a friend and asked Darla to share my regular funky monkeys in 2 cups for us, as I can never finish it and just waste it. thanks darla for the great service! I hope the management sees this and gives them the credit they deserve. I will be back in any case:

I had a wonderful experience at this place! I ordered a smoothie and a sandwich. Unfortunately, when I got home, the smoothie spilled on the floor before I even had a chance to try it! I went back to explain the situation and ask for a replacement, and to my surprise, they didn’t charge me for it! I really appreciated their kindness for so many reasons. Thank you, Booster Juice, for your excellent customer service!

We have come to this place several times. the majority of the time they are from the product such as protein powder or wraps or fruits. Why does that happen all the time? I assume bad sales planning.

Server are awesome, smoothies always good....but c19 restrictions on the baths still....lame

The barista at the booster juice stand was quite unpleasant. When I mentioned that I couldn't hear her, she mumbled and rolled her eyes repeatedly. I ordered my usual booster, but once again, I was met with rude-sounding mumbling. This didn't seem to be an isolated incident, as I've seen her glaring at customers on previous visits. If you can't manage to put on a fake smile and be courteous for a few moments while serving customers, maybe it's better to reconsider working in a face-to-face role rather than potentially ruining someone else's day due to your own emotional struggles.
