"I usually don 't rate restaurants, even if they’re not great, because I try to give them some grace. However, the customer service at this restaurant towards me and my son was so poor that I had to leave a low rating. I ended up giving them one star because that was the lowest I could go.”

I went with my family and in total we were a party of 6. they gave us a whole table to ourselves and made sure we were comfortable and consistently asked to fill our drinks, I refused as I wasn’t very thirsty but I know this is important for some people. The food was very tasty and the lights set a nice mood. They even played the Disney movie coco for the room to the left of us. We didn’t go for a special event but a lot of people went for a birthday and they were presented with a special little celebration from the staff. The show was also really cool, the chef at our table also threw broccoli in our mouths, he gave me 3 chances and I missed all of them- if I could give it a higher score I would but sadly I can only give 5 stars. Kid-friendliness: Was pretty kid friendly, I didn’t really see anything that wouldn’t have been kid friendly.

I've been a regular here since I was a child. And it's still just as good now 20+ years later. Food is great, portions are large, and the people are great too. Just don't get it as takeout bc it's not the same quality as dine in hibachi. Dietary restrictions: They were able to leave out sesame for me due to an allergy.

My husband and I ate at Sakura's last night, and we had a great time. We did order a lot of drinks. And we had to ask the waiter a few times to bring us our waters. But other then that the vibe was pretty good. The atmosphere was really nice all age groups were there and they were able to accommodate everyone. I really loved the food it was delicious especially the crab sushi rolls. Our Chief did a great job. Would I eat here again. Absolutely!
