Dunkin' - Aiea

This one girl MIKA was so rude a disrespectful she literally ripped my hair out and spit in my breakfast taco. She is mentally ill and needs to be put in an old folks home!!!!

Boy do i love me some good Dunkins' mini breakfast!!!I love coming here especially when the ambience is just very calm. It's a nice go-to area for a small snack and a drink. I ordered their jelly donuts, their classic, and blue berry. I can't recall their bundles but it's definitely worth it for groups! Maybe 10-12 pieces of their mini donuts for $5-7 dollars. I also got their stuffed mini bagels, their maple bacon, and their delicious seasoned hash browns. It's seriously the cream filled bagel, the enhanced maple on the bacon, and the extra flavors of the seasoning that they use on the hash browns. Super good!!!!!!

I absolutely love the cream-filled donuts. However, there are times when I visit later in the day and they are already sold out.

I really enjoy Dunkin'. I like it more than Starbucks, but Tim Horton's will always be my favorite. I wonder if they’ll ever open a location in Hawaii, haha. Now, onto the review... This location didn’t seem to have many donuts available. I went around noon and they were already running low. Maybe they get deliveries throughout the day? They did have one apple fritter left, and I grabbed that since it’s my favorite. Sometimes, I also like to get a Boston Kreme and glazed donut holes. Most of the time, I order their nitro cold brews and iced signature lattes.

The cashier in the mornings is quite rude and unfriendly. I asked several questions about a promotion that offers a discount on a meal item when you buy a coffee. I placed my order under the impression that I was taking advantage of the deal, only to discover later that I hadn't chosen the correct items. The cashier led me to believe I was getting the deal, which turned out not to be the case. When I brought this up with the manager, they simply said, "Oops, sorry." On the bright side, the food and atmosphere are good, but the management—especially the cashier—really needs improvement.
