Charleys Philly Steaks - Aiea

Not a go-to choice when I come to this food court but it's a decent departure from the normal fare. Sometimes your sandwiches can be a little sloppily put together.

This place is a false advertisement , I ordered a chicken and fry combo. Which they charged me for another combo , saying that it was another 3 dollars.

Poor service. Customer waiting to order while workers in the back room eating.

The menu has breakfast. I try to order the steak egg sandwich. ?We don?t do breakfast here.? Take that off your menu then or cover it. Terrible

Not a good representation of the franchise. My lunch from this location was a horrible experience. I ordered the jalapeño pepper fries along with a sandwich. They must have been out of ?official? ingredients and substituting what they could find.Part of the fries were very undercooked, a combination of hard and soggy (how is that even possible!? white potato making theundercooking painfully obvious. Instead of the same ingredients as other locations, the melted cheese on the fries was a lightyellow color that looked like cheap melted American cheese. The sandwich was covered with so much iceberg lettuce that itdrowned out the other flavors. That may have been a good thing as the grill-warmed meats were covered with flakes of dry andburnt residue from the filthy grill. Even the bread had burnt crumbs from the grill on it. I wouldn?t go to this location.
