Build Your Own Ramen - Aiea

We visited the restaurant on a Friday evening and managed to find parking, although the spaces were quite tight. We've always driven past the shopping center but had never explored it until now, and I'm really glad we did! As soon as we walked in, the first thing that struck me was how clean the place was. The staff was friendly and explained how we could customize our own Ramen. We then headed over to select our ingredients and kicked off our meal! When our dishes arrived, steaming hot, we were excited to dig in—and they did not disappoint. The flavors were outstanding, and the portions were huge! I ended up sharing mine with my three-year-old, and I still had leftovers! After finishing our meal, we got some shave ice, which absolutely amazed us. My child was overjoyed, and honestly, I was too! I prefer this to some other fast-casual ramen spots because I love being able to choose my own ingredients and load up on vegetables, which is really important to me. On our next visit, I’m eager to try the pumpkin broth, and so is my kid! We will definitely be back; I think we’ve found our new family favorite!

This is certainly a lively and casual place! It brought back memories of Aunty's Ramen that used to be in town. The setup is similar, where you choose your noodles and broth after weighing your vegetables and extra toppings. Plus, there's a complimentary dessert at the end, which is a nice touch! This place is a true local gem, and it isn 't just Ramen , it 's pure comfort food in a bowl. You can make any soup or stir fry you want, with any ingrediant, and every meal comes with a killer shave ice dessert. Don 't just walk by this place, EAT HERE. This is my favorite spot on the island, hands down.Food: 5/5

Wow. What a hidden gem this is!! Delicious food, we had a group of 8 people, all got a variety of ramen and stir fry, everything was incredible. You can’t go wrong. The complimentary shaved ice after was such a treat too! 10/10 forsure!! We might be back again on our trip for round 2!!
