Bomb Chicken - Aiea

Not sure why many of these reviews are 5 stars. I'll give them this: big customer service. the personal is friendly and I can see why it would be difficult to evaluate them lower than 4. eating is simply not good at all this: the fries soggy; the chicken wraps too saucy, wet, huh not crispy, and salat is limp; and the chicken sandwich is too saucy, wet, huh was barely crispy and the half of my bite consisted of sauce and brot. I know I'm tough, but it's not personal. eating is simply underwhelming and will not come back.

The chicken was tender, juicy and delicious. The bomb sauce was I ordered a bomb bowl and was thrown off by the cold street corn next to my Mac n cheese but the workers were very nice and professional and gave me a side of hot Mac n cheese! My husband loved his chicken Mac sandwich. Great customer service. Good food. I would come back.

The first time i tried their plates (mac and cheese, tenders, sauces fries) it was so good, omg lol i craved it the whole week after having it. But i came here the second time and the rood quality wasn't as good. My tenders were mainly skin, mac and cheese was water and not flavorful and the sauces was bland. I have yet to try their waffle fries and this location always seem to not always have waffle fries or the oreo dessert available. Since the food was good the first time coming here, i'm hoping the next time i come here the food quality will be consistently better.

I've been meaning to try this place for a long time I saw a local tv celebrity doing a morning show advertising spot here. Wow! What a disappointment. I can't believe the wait at this place. It's in a food court, So the expected wait time is shorter than a restaurant, but this is at 1:36 on a week day where the lunch rush is gone and there was no line. I can't believe I waited over 20 minutes for a mini chicken bowl. Then when I got my bowl, there was enough chicken to cover the plane of the rice. It was just covered with sauce to mask the lack of chicken. I know this is a mini, but this is crazy for $9.99 bowl of chicken and rice? Should have had more chicken. AND the chicken was dry! Auwe!!! Pearlridge is a place where the working class comes, local businesses shouldn't be stealing from our own pockets. Come on. This was my first time here. Won't be coming back.

To be fair, they probably sell mostly nuggets and tenders, and hate folks like me who order bone-in wings that take twice as long to cook. But, they cooked them, and I ate them, and they were... fine. Good enough that I didn't even use the sauces, which instead I used to dip my fries. I was impressed with the range of sides and will try the rest of them. I didn't expect the creamy street corn to be cold, but they were a nice complement to the spicy. They also gave everyone two cups for their fountain drinks, which was smart, as the paper was a little thin.
